How Did Emakina.RS Become a People-First Company?
Every Friday our team receives a short survey, which takes only 15 seconds to answer.
From our colleagues’ answers, we can get real-time insights into how our colleagues feel and how satisfied they are with the relationships and working conditions in the company.
Heartcount has helped us improve our company culture. Besides that, it motivates our colleagues to freely voice their opinions and suggest various improvements to our management.
