We are looking for a UI designer who will be responsible for optimizing and developing the digital products of our clients. You will discover the customer’s needs and translate them into state-of-the-art user interfaces. You strive for elegant and pragmatic solutions.

Skills and experiences:

• You’re good at digital imaging – excellent Photoshop and photomontage skills
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics, typography 
• Experienced in branding
• You’re confident and experienced in presenting design solutions in client meetings
• You can do basic user research, and you know when to involve a user researcher
• You speak and write English fluently
• You have a solid knowledge of converting insights into logical and elegant user interface
• You have a great know-how about keeping the balance between business interests, innovation, and good design
• You possess excellent communication skills, and you feel comfortable presenting your design ideas to clients and colleagues
• You understand the impact of technology on design, and you’re eager to learn more about it
• The knowledge of 3D and motion design is optional

Your responsibilities:

• Create smart user interfaces that solve real problems
• Understand the customer’s needs, and you can translate them into actionable solutions without sacrificing the business needs
• Work in small agile teams with growth consultants, data analysts, and engineers to optimize the digital products of our international clients
• Work in short cycles and making data driven design decisions
• Use the latest tools and technologies, think outside of the box to come up with smart experiments
